3 Films to Transform Your Thoughts About Food

Sometimes life knocks us off the wagon and we fall short of our health goals. If you fell like you need a bit of a healthy reboot, we have several documentaries and books that can inspire me to get back on the “healthful living wagon.”

We live in a time where we have access to lots of information and it is our responsibility to learn, to question and decide for ourselves what is best for us. We need to figure out on our own what makes sense to us and what doesn’t, what we are ready to stand up for and what we should stand against. We need information so we can see what we can change, if change needs to be made and if it does, how to make those changes.

We believe that part of our purpose on this planet is to help people live to their fullest potential through the expression of a healthy body and mind. We believe that the first step in creating that is from the food we eat.

If you love movies, these are our top 3 inspiring flicks about food that have impacted us and the choices we make for ourselves and our family. If you’re in need of a healthy reset, check them out.
