Cream Cheese Salmon

1 Tbsp. avocado oil or coconut oil

1 1/22 lb. Wild salmon fillet

1 tsp. Montreal Spice Blend

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place parchment paper on a large baking sheet.

Place salmon, skin side down on the baking sheet.

Drizzle or brush oil all over the top of the salmon, sprinkle on 1/2 tsp. of the Montreal Spice Blend.

Bake until salmon is opaque, about 10-15 minutes.

Remove from oven.  Spread cream cheese all over the top of the salmon.  Sprinkle on remaining 1/2 tsp. Montreal Spice Blend.

Turn broiler on high setting. Return Salmon to oven on top rack.

Allow salmon to broil for about 5 minutes until the cream cheese melts and begins to brown.
