2 cups boiling water

1 Tbsp. coconut oil*

1 Tbsp Raw honey or pure maple syrup (optional)

1 Tbsp. ghee*

1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder

2 Tbsp. collagen powder

1 Tbsp. Dandy Blend

1/41 tsp. cinnamon

pinch of cayenne, optional


Place all ingredients into a venting blender**

Blend until combined.

Pour into a mug and enjoy!


*You can use 2 Tbsp. of coconut oil if you don’t want ghee or vice-versa.

**If you don’t have a venting blender place all ingredients in a small sauce pan and whisk together until boiling.
