Healing Bath Salts

Healing bath salts are an excellent way to nourish and revitalize your body from the outside in.  Mix in some essential oils to create a healing and relaxing home spa experience.

All it takes is a 15 minute soak 2-3 times a week to restore vital minerals that are essential for many body functions.

Healing Bath Salts

1 cup Sea Salt

1 cup Epsom Salt

1/2 cup Baking Soda

1020 drops of your favorite essential oil or oil blends* (optional)


In a small bowl add all ingredients and stir together until combined. Store in a glass jar with an airtight lid.

Run a bath at a temperature that you enjoy and pour 1/4-1/2 cup of bath salts into water and swirl around until salt dissolves.

Soak for at least 15 minutes for optimal benefit.

Favorite essential oil blends to make yourself include: 

Lavender + Bergamot for a relaxing bath (10 drops each)

Eucalyptus + Peppermint to clear your sinuses (10 drops each)

Lemon + Rosemary to clear the mind (10 drops each)

Geranium + lavender for calming & grounding (5 geranium and 10 lavender)

Orange + Clove to uplift & strengthen (5 drops each)
