Line the casserole dish with about 2 inches of soil.Using a squirt bottle mist soil with water until it is moist.

Step 2

Sprinkle your seeds on top of the soil, about a handful or two is good. Give your seeds room to grow, don’t overlap seeds. Spritz seeds with some more water.

Step 3

Cover seeds with about an inch of additional soil.

Step 4

Mist soil until it is moist. Place dish in a sunny place. Keep the soil moist by misting with water a couple times a day.

Step 5

After about 5 days your sprouts will begin to grow. When you ready to eat them just trim what you want with scissors, rinse and enjoy!

Storing Sprouts:

Dry sprouts off as much as possible. Place sprouts in a clean dry Mason jar with a lid or in a mesh bag and store in the refrigerator in the produce drawer for up to 2 weeks.
