Peach Vinaigrette

Ingredients
Scale
1 large peach – make sure it’s a ripe and juicy one!
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tbsp. raw honey, depending on how sweet your peach is
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until they are smooth and creamy.
Store in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator. Contents may separate so shake before serving.
