Veggie Noodles have changed my life!

I have been eating gluten-free for 11 years now and gluten-free noodles just don’t cut it, especially when I started being overly sensitive to grains.  

Luckily for me, the spiralized veggie craze happened and my recipes with “noodles” have never been more tasty and nutritious.

The very first type of veggie noodles I tried were zucchini noodles– or zoodles.

You need a spiralizing kitchen tool to create these veggie noodles. I have this simple hand-held version and it has worked perfectly for every veggie that I’ve tried. If you want to get a little fancier and choose the size of your noodles you can try this version.

Give veggie noodles a try steamed or raw!

  • Carrots
  • Zucchini
  • Yellow squash
  • Sweet Potato
  • Daikon radish
  • Beet
  • Rutabaga
  • Just about any squash
