Zesty Cilantro Salmon



8 Skinless Wild Caught Salmon Fillets (4-6 Oz. Each)

Sea Salt

3 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

1/2 Teaspoon Paprika

1 Teaspoon Pepper

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin

3 Garlic Cloves (coarsely Chopped)

1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest

1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro


Rinse Salmon and pat dry with a paper towel. Rub with salt and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  In a blender or food processor, combine the coconut oil, paprika, pepper, cumin, garlic, lemon zest & juice and blend until smooth.

Brush about half of the mixture over the fillets.

Pre-heat the broiler. Place the fillets in the oven and broil for about 5 minutes. Brush on remaining mixture and broil until just opaque throughout (about 8-10 minutes total time).
