Cup-O-Dan

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups boiling water

1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil

1/2 Tbsp. ghee

1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder

1 Tbsp. collagen powder

1 Tbsp. Dandy Blend

1/41/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp. – 1 Tbsp. raw honey, optional

pinch cayenne, optional

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a venting blender*

Blend until combined.

Pour into a mug and enjoy!

Notes

If you don’t have a venting blender or want to save time doing extra dishes you can add all ingredients to your mug and whisk until blended. We have a battery powered milk frother that does the job in seconds.

You can use MCT oil in place of the coconut oil.  Only use one oil and not both coconut oil and ghee.

You can substitute the cacao powder and plain collagen for the Vital Proteins Chocolate Collagen Peptides (if using that eliminate the honey too).

Make this, however, it tastes best to you. 😊
