Lemon Electrolyte Drink

Ingredients

Scale

4 Cup Coconut Water Or Plain Water

Juice Of 2 Lemons

Juice Of 1 Lime

24 Teaspoon Raw Honey Or ¼ Tsp. Stevia Powder

1/4 tsp. baking soda

1/41/2 Teaspoon Redmond Real Salt Or Sea Salt

68 Ice Cubes

Instructions

Slightly warm 2 cups of the liquid in a tea kettle

Squeeze lemons and lime into a blender jar.

Add the honey, sea salt, and baking soda

Add the 2 cups warmed liquid and slowly blend until honey, salt, and baking soda begin to dissolve.

Add remaining liquid and ice, if desired, and blend until ice is dissolved.
