Coleslaw is a fabulous way to take advantage of the benefits of the cruciferous vegetable family.  I added broccoli slaw to this recipe to boost the nutrients even more.

The avocado mayo I used in this salad I found at Costco, Chosen Foods brand (see image in photo) . You can now find many avocado mayo brands at your local health food store, like Natural Grocers, Whole Foods or the health food section in the grocery store.

1 head green cabbage, shredded

2 cups broccoli slaw

1/2-1 cup avocado mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper



Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir well until combined.
